People who use the services of the "PILOT" sober driver ordering application declare that they are familiar with the following terms and conditions before starting to provide services, and agree with these Terms and Conditions from the moment the relevant order is executed.

 1. Sober Driver is a natural person engaged in the activity of picking up customers in their own vehicles from the addresses specified by the customer and the persons accompanying them and delivering them to the address specified in the order in return for the payment made to him. Persons who use the services are considered clients of the Sober Driver who provides the service and accept that the "PILOT" sober driver application is an intermediary with the appropriate technical capabilities to establish a relationship between customers and sober drivers who have the appropriate category of driver's license and appropriate habits to drive vehicles.

 2. The team of the "PILOT" sober driver application tries to organize the service within the limits of the availability of sober drivers at the time of the order, and does not undertake that it will be possible to appoint a sober driver in all cases at the time of ordering. The customer is informed about the time he will be at the address by a sober driver. A sober driver is obliged to wait for the Customer at the address for 15 minutes free of charge. Waiting longer than this period is charged.

 3. The customer declares and guarantees that at all times of using the services of Sober Driver:

The vehicle to be driven is in his ownership or legal use;

When the vehicle is handed over for use to any third parties for management, there are documents confirming this and is ready to present such documents to the driver;

State registration marks of the vehicle are the same as the relevant state registration data and are insured in accordance with the relevant mandatory insurance rules during the period of services;

The vehicle is in a serviceable condition in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, and there are no shortages, defects or technical defects that would endanger its management;

The use and circulation of the vehicle is prohibited or restricted, there is no contraband or any substance or object of this class;

The vehicle has enough fuel or electricity to get to the destination.

 4. The customer agrees and accepts the following:

"PILOT" after verifying the identity of the driver's data sent to the client through the sober driver application with the information on the driver's license, will agree to drive the vehicle in accordance with the conditions set by these Regulations, will provide him with the appropriate control tools for this, and will allow the Driver to deliver it to his address by any possible means will give;

It will comply with all the requirements of the legislation applicable to its passenger, including the requirement to fasten the seat belt;

After the order is accepted by the application, it will be liable for the payment of the cost of the service if it is canceled or if the sober driver is not at the ordered place, except for the relevant waiting conditions when he will be at the address;

The person carrying out the order will refrain from any unpleasant communication, behavior or physical contact with the sober driver that is not necessary for the fulfillment of the order, will not rush the driver, endanger him or prevent the driver from doing his job with quality;

If there is not enough fuel or energy reserve in the vehicle to fulfill the order, it will ensure payment of expenses for fuel or energy filling, elimination of other necessary technical defects, as well as parking of the vehicle, paid entrances;

If there is a change in the route during the execution of the order, as well as if there is a need to go to additional addresses, if there is a wait between the addresses, and any situation that differs from the original order, as well as the road traffic incident, it will immediately inform the mobile number 0503305050; The amount of the order may be changed during the mentioned changes.

It will be responsible for the violation or failure to comply with the conditions stipulated in clauses 3 and 4 of these rules.

 5. The Sober Driver associated with the customer may, at his discretion, refuse to provide services for the following reasons and in other cases where he is not sure that the ride will be safe: a) if the customer is unconscious to the point of unconsciousness; b) If the customer is armed, engages in violent behavior, verbally or physically insults or threatens; c) If the vehicle is technically unfit for driving d) If there is any other reason that will prevent safe driving.

 6. The customer is informed and accepts that "PILOT" is a sober driver
